Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Trusstify LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Trusstify", "we", "us"). By using trusstify.com, requesting an estimate, or applying as a contractor, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What Trusstify does

Trusstify helps homeowners get a budget range for a home project and connects them with independent contractors, who can send written e-bids. Trusstify is a referral and matching service. We are not a contractor, we don't perform any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.

2. Budget estimates are not quotes

Estimates are generated automatically from the details you provide, local pricing data and AI tools. They are a planning guide only, not a quote, bid, appraisal or guarantee of price. Contractors may bid above or below the range, and the final price is agreed between you and the contractor.

3. Homeowners

• Requesting an estimate is free, and you're never obligated to hire anyone.
• Please give accurate information about your project and location.
• When you accept a bid, we share your name and email with that contractor so they can contact you. Before that, matched contractors see your project details and general location, but not your name or contact details.
• You are responsible for choosing a contractor, agreeing on scope, price, schedule and payment with them, and confirming any permits your project needs.

4. Contractors

• You must hold every license, registration and insurance policy that your work requires where you operate, and keep them current.
• You authorize Trusstify to verify the license and insurance information you provide. We may decline or remove any contractor at our discretion.
• Bids must be honest and made in good faith. Use homeowner contact details only to discuss and perform the job you were chosen for.
• You are an independent business, not an employee or agent of Trusstify, and you are solely responsible for your work, your workers and your agreements with homeowners.

5. Verification has limits

We review contractors' license and insurance information before matching, but we can't guarantee any contractor's quality, conduct, availability or continued compliance. Please do your own checks, such as reviews and references, before hiring.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes submitting false requests or applications, using automated tools to access it, trying to reach data that isn't yours, or using contact information you receive for spam or anything unrelated to the job.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and estimates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Trusstify is not liable for any work performed or not performed by a contractor, for disputes between homeowners and contractors, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
