Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Trusstify LLC ("Trusstify", "we", "us") collects on trusstify.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. We never sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Homeowners: your name, email, project category and description, city and state, timeline, and any photo you upload.
- Contractors: business and contact name, email, phone, trade, service area, license number and issuing state, insurance carrier and policy number, and how you heard about us.
- Bids: bid amounts and notes, and which bid a homeowner accepts.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs and a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that helps us block bots.
How we use it
- To create your budget estimate and match you with contractors.
- To send emails about your request, new bids, new jobs and accepted bids.
- To verify contractors' license and insurance information.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and improve our service.
Who we share it with
- Matched contractors see your project details, general location, timeline and budget range. They see your name and email only after you accept their bid.
- Homeowners see the business name, contact details and bid of contractors matched to their project.
- Service providers that run the site for us, only as needed to do so: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI used to prepare estimates from your project details and photo) and Cloudflare (bot protection).
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Photos
We use your photo to prepare your estimate. It's stored under a random file name, but anyone who has its link can view it, so please don't upload photos showing people, documents or anything private.
How long we keep it
We keep request and contractor information while it's needed to provide the service and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing Trusstify@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
Security
Customers can see only their own requests, contractors only the jobs they were matched to, and sign-in uses one-time email links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Trusstify is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do.
