Why we started
Trusstify began with a homeowner who was fed up
I started Trusstify because I was tired of how hiring a contractor actually works. Prices changed between the estimate and the invoice. Straight answers were hard to come by, and promises about timing and reliability didn't always hold up. I never knew what a project should cost, so I couldn't tell whether I was getting good value or how to save money without cutting corners.
Then came the outreach. The moment I asked for a quote, the calls and messages didn't stop. And when contractors did show up, some didn't treat my home or my belongings with the respect they deserved.
Plenty of contractors do excellent, honest work, and they deserve better than being lumped in with the rest. The process around them was broken: homeowners were left guessing, and good pros had to compete with bad actors. Trusstify is my answer. It starts with an honest budget, keeps your information private, and brings in only contractors we've vetted ourselves.
